Oxton Open Gardens : May 2025

Galliard Folk Dancers performed in  Regency Costume at Oxton Open Gardens in May 2025. We performed a selection of English Country dances, with music provided by Chorley Cakes Ceilidh Band. After the formal dances, the audience was invited to join them in dancing a number of easier dances.

The visitors were very enthusiastic about joining the Galliard dancers and many remarked how much they had enjoyed the event which is held annually and raises thousands of pounds for local charities.
